Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt (Processing time excludes weekends or federal holidays. Some orders may be delayed due to supply chain disruption caused by the global aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will keep our customers informed of the status of processing orders). All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays will be processed on the following Monday or business day.
All orders are tracked and an email will be sent with tracking information once your order is in transit.
Delivery is approximately 3-5 business days from shipping date.
International shipments can take up to 30 business days for delivery from the time the products are shipped (i.e., customs processing, your country’s postal service schedule etc.).
Packages sent by international standard mail are not insured and customers are responsible for filing claims for lost or stolen packages with their local postal service. Tracking information can vary greatly between countries and may be limited. Please note that some countries postal services do not share tracking data.
The receiver of an international order is considered an importer and may be subject to your local import taxes, duties and fees required by the destination country. These charges are out of Sokörpe’s control.
Customs policies differ from country to country and the receiver should contact their local customs office prior to ordering for more information.
Once an International order is shipped out, Sokörpe is unable to amend the order.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. You are entitled to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. Sokörpe Skincare does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Sokörpe Skincare directly. All request for returns or exchanges for products purchased at an authorized Sokörpe Skincare partner should be directed to the location where purchased. Sokörpe Skincare does not accept returns on articles of clothing, trial kits, used skincare devices, samples or any items sold as final sale.
The deadline for returning an online order that is unopened, unused, retail size is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform Sokörpe of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via email.
